Orders typically ship within 1–6 business days, pending item availability and credit verification. Please note that weekends and U.S. holidays are excluded. During sale periods, processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.

For custom “Build a Charm” styles, please allow up to 10 business days for processing, as each piece is handmade with care.

We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays, and expedited shipping does not include Saturday delivery. Please note that Petit Moments is not responsible for delays caused by local disruptions.
